Starting his career as an apprentice, he honed his skills and knowledge from the ground up, embodying dedication and a strong work ethic. His journey from apprenticeship to director is a testament to his commitment and proficiency within the field. Paul Russell

Director

Paul’s journey in the Thermal Insulation industry began with an apprenticeship at Carter Insulation, where he quickly developed a solid foundation in the field. His career path led him through significant roles at Hertel, Darlington Insulation, and Western Thermal, each experience enriching his expertise and leadership capabilities. In 2004, Paul founded P&H, underscoring his commitment by managing major contracts such as the labour-only contract for Wembley Stadium from 2005 to 2007. Today, as the Director of our Insulation division, Paul is responsible for overseeing contracts, maintaining robust client relationships, and managing on-site staff, ensuring the seamless execution of all projects. His role also involves planning and ordering of materials, including cladding, and trace heating, to guarantee the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Outside of his professional commitments, Paul values the importance of a balanced life. He enjoys spending time on holidays, cherishing moments with friends and family, and watching rugby, which provides him with much-needed relaxation and enjoyment. Paul’s passion for music is evident through his collection of records, and he seizes every opportunity to attend live performances by bands and DJs. This blend of professional dedication and personal interests makes Paul a well-rounded and dynamic leader, driving our company towards continued success and innovation in the thermal insulation and ventilation industry.

Reece Aldred

Contracts & Bid Manager

Starting his career as a trainee estimator, Reece has rapidly advanced through the ranks, earning numerous promotions due to his unwavering commitment and expertise. He is now responsible for the day-to-day management of onsite Ventilation and Thermal Insulation contracts and also leads our estimating department, mentoring two trainee estimators. Known for his proactive approach and excellent communication skills, Reece prides himself on building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and young children, bringing the same dedication and enthusiasm to his personal life as he does to his professional endeavours.
